About our equipment and technologies

The company has 5 modern factories for the production of ready-mixed concrete, the total capacity of which is more than 4,800 m³/day. All BSU (concrete mixing plant) are equipped with modern European equipment from Elkon and Vurmak.

Concrete mixing units (BSU) include the following functional elements:

• Feed hoppers for inert filler materials with dispensers equipped with high-precision strain gauges;
• Cement silos with screw conveyor and pneumatic aeration system;
• Containers for plasticizers;
• Heated water tanks;
• Dispenser-conveyor for sand and gravel;
• Two-shaft forced-action concrete mixer;
• Control panel based on an industrial computer.

Concrete-mortar units (BRU) is a complex of modern equipment for the production of concrete mixtures. From here, finished products are delivered to customers.

Concrete-mortar units are stationary installations:

• Capacity up to 100 m3 of concrete mixtures per hour;
• With a cyclic mode of operation;
• All-season period of operation. For operation at low temperatures, they are equipped with a heating system and thermal insulation);
• With its own logistics service for the delivery of ready-mixed concrete to the Customer’s facility;
