How is the order monitored?
1. You leave a request with the following information:
- Name of object, destination
- Delivery time
- Class (grade of concrete)
- Required mobility of the concrete mix
- The volume of the finished concrete mix
- Delivery interval.
2. The sales department sends the request to the planning department. There it is processed and distributed to Durable Concrete BRU. The order of deliveries is also set there.
3. In parallel, the planning department will agree with you on the timing and intervals for the supply of finished products.
4. Agreed applications are entered into the BETON AUTOMATION SYSTEM.
5. To clarify the readiness of the object to receive the concrete mixture. Planning department dispatchers contact you before handing over the production order.
6. After completing the above activities, the application is transferred to production, directly to the BRU.
7. The BRU operator, after preparatory work at the concrete mixing plant, starts an automatic program for preparing the concrete mixture and unloading it into the concrete mixer truck.
8. Managers of the logistics service track the movement of each concrete mixer truck to the object, the time of its unloading and return to the BRU using GPS.
